Because our sausage is made based off of the pre-orders of our customers, there is a no refund or return policy in place. Unfortunately, we rely on your pre-order to ensure to cover the costs of the product needed to make your order.
Customers are expected to pick up their orders on the date and time frame sent to them in their confirmation email. If a customer cannot personally pick up their order during this time, they must arrange for someone to do so on their behalf.
Any orders not picked up on the date and time prescribed will not refunded and may be resold to other customers if there is a demand to be met.
